Designed for installation as a freestanding lamp post. The post is supplied with suitable fixings for concrete foundations. A concrete base is required. Comes unassembled; the lantern head needs to be attached to the post, and gaskets need to be fitted. Requires connection to mains electrical supply, usually via underground cabling to the post base. Professional installation by a qualified electrician and possibly a civil engineer for foundation work is recommended.
