The Dunlop Stage 1, 2, and 3 training tennis balls are designed to support progressive skill development for players of all ages and experience levels. The Stage 1 Green ball is ideal for beginners and juniors playing on full-size courts, offering 25% slower bounce than standard balls to help improve control and consistency. The Stage 2 Orange ball, suited for 60-foot courts, delivers 50% slower speed and lower bounce, making it perfect for players aged 8–10 who are refining their technique. For younger children aged 4–8 and absolute beginners, the Stage 3 Red ball is oversized and 75% slower, providing a gentler experience on 36-foot courts to build confidence and coordination. All three stages are ITF-approved.
